Sooooo....this started out as an image of the Garden of Eden and morphed into this portal/mountain/large sky thing. This scan does a good job of showing all the textures of the piece but the colors appear a bit brighter than in real life. I don't know where this is going from here. Maybe lots of stitching? fibers? flora images laid on top? It's either going to end up really good or really bad - this one isn't flowing easily!Thoughts, musings and randomness from a woman whose passions infringe on her life in the everyday world. "Yes, honey....dinner will be ready soon."

I really like this the way it is. I dont think you should over-adorn it. I like the simplicity of it.
Happy Birthday, Mom!
I love you.
do you have any images by William Blake? Also known as a poet -- the "Tyger, tyger burning bright" guy. (Forgive me if this is a 'harrumph, of course, I know who Blake is' moment -- I spend a lot of time with undergraduates.) This is so cosmic, it reminds me of him and looking at some of his stuff might spark a notion or two. But I also like it straight up, as is. Happy b-day.
Just beautiful.
